The Baytown Youth Fair & Livestock Association is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization comprised of all volunteers. The BYF is a 20 acre facility with a recreation hall and a covered Pavilion. The money earned from renting the facility is used to maintain, improve and provide opportunities for 4-H and FFA organizations in GCCISD.
Our main building (Recreation Hall) is a 7,500 sq ft building with a kitchen serving area, Men & Women restrooms, AC & Heating. 50’w X 150’L equipped with 60ea 6’ folding tables and 350 folding metal chairs. Most of our rentals are private rentals and are weekend rentals. Our rentals begin at 7am Saturday and end 7am on Sunday. Set up time is available on Fridays for an additional charge. Standard rental cost: Deposit $800 and Rental $Fee Negotiable.
Our Pavilion is 150’w X 200’L X 16’H with a 100’ X 200’ free span in the center. It is enclosed by a 6’ cyclone fence. Approximate area enclosed by fence is about 4 acres. In the past this facility has been rented for outdoor concerts. Pavilion rentals are based on individual basis depending on type of event and are subject to approval by the BYF Board of Directors, so as much advance notice as possible is recommended.
