1. The Entry fee is $10.00- You may either send your entry fee with your form or pay at the pageant. If sending in the mail, please send only checks. If paying at pageant, cash or check. Please make payable to Baytown Youth Fair Association.

2. Attire is Sunday Best or Pageant Wear

3. PLEASE NO MAKEUP. Let’s keep it as natural as we can.

4. Contestants should arrive 30 minutes prior to pageant.

5. Contestants of each age group will be judged on personality, over all stage presence and appearance/attire. All judges decisions are FINAL!

6. The Crowned Winners should be able, to attend any function that promotes the BYF (ex. Baytown Christmas Parade). They should be available for next’s year’s crowning as well.

7. This pageant is for BOTH boys and girls.  Please fill out the next page and have it returned no later than Thursday, May 14. These must be turned in by this day, so we will have a head count on contestants.
